1. Data Controller

RankUpTogether ("we", "us", or "our") acts as the data controller responsible for the personal data processed in connection with your use of our service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Identity Information: Email address, username, display name, user ID, profile photograph, age, and gender.
• Gaming Preferences: Selected games (e.g., Valorant, LoL, CS2), in-game ranks, competitive roles, playstyle preferences, and gaming bio.
• Usage & Interaction Data: Teammate match requests, swipe decisions, in-app messaging metadata, lobby creations, and achievement progression.
• Subscription & Purchase Information: In-app purchase history, active entitlements, and receipt verification status handled securely via Apple App Store / RevenueCat. We do not store or process your credit card or banking details directly.
• Device & Diagnostics Data: Device identifier (IDFA/GAID where permitted), operating system version, IP address, and crash reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with compatible gamers and teammates based on rank, game, and role.
• To facilitate in-app messaging, voice chat tokens, and gaming lobbies.
• To manage your premium subscriptions, diamonds, and cosmetics.
• To enforce our Community Guidelines, EULA, and protect users against harassment, abuse, or spam.
• To deliver non-personalized or personalized advertising (via Google AdMob) in compliance with App Tracking Transparency guidelines.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RankUpTogether offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium) and consumable items (Diamonds, Gamerlikes, Boosts). All financial transactions and renewals are processed securely by Apple through the App Store via StoreKit. Your payment details are governed exclusively by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party partners to provide core features:

• Apple StoreKit & RevenueCat: Subscription management and entitlement verification.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, cloud storage, database, and push notifications.
• Google AdMob: In-app advertisements.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly through the app in Settings → Delete Account, or via our web portal at rankuptogether.com/delete-account.html, or by contacting us at info@rankuptogether.com. Upon request, your account and personal data will be permanently wiped within 30 days.

RankUpTogether olarak, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği hususuna azami ölçüde hassasiyet göstermekteyiz. Bu bilinçle, hizmetlerimizden faydalanan kişilere ait her türlü kişisel verilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve uluslararası veri koruma düzenlemelerine uygun olarak işlenerek muhafaza edilmesine büyük önem vermekteyiz.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Kişisel verileriniz, RankUpTogether ekibi tarafından veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenebilecektir.

2. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz?

• Kimlik ve İletişim Bilgileri: E-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, profil adı.
• Profil Bilgileri: Profil fotoğrafı, oynanan oyunlar, oyun içi rütbeler, roller, yaş ve biyografi.
• Kullanım Verileri: Uygulama içi etkileşimler, eşleşme geçmişi, mesajlaşma meta verileri.
• Abonelik ve Satın Alma Verileri: Premium üyelik ve elmas alımları RevenueCat ve Apple StoreKit aracılığıyla güvenle doğrulanır. Kredi kartı bilgileriniz sunucularımızda kesinlikle saklanmaz.
• Cihaz Bilgileri: İzin verilen durumlarda reklam kimliği (IDFA), IP adresi, işletim sistemi sürümü.

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı

• Size en uygun oyuncu ve takım arkadaşlarının eşleştirilmesi.
• Uygulama içi güvenliğin, moderasyonun ve topluluk kurallarının sağlanması.
• Premium üyelik ve uygulama içi hakların yönetilmesi.
• İlgi alanlarınıza yönelik reklam faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi (Google AdMob aracılığıyla).

4. Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelikler

RankUpTogether tarafından sunulan Premium üyelikler Apple StoreKit altyapısı üzerinden otomatik olarak yenilenir. Tüm ödeme işlemleri Apple güvencesindedir ve kullanıcılar diledikleri zaman App Store hesap ayarlarından aboneliklerini yönetebilir veya iptal edebilir.

5. Verilerin Silinmesi

Kullanıcılar istedikleri zaman hesaplarını ve tüm ilişkili verilerini uygulama içerisindeki Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil seçeneğinden veya rankuptogether.com/delete-account.html adresinden veya info@rankuptogether.com adresine e-posta göndererek kalıcı olarak sildirebilirler.
