By downloading, installing, or using the RankUpTogether mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RankUpTogether ("Service"). By accessing our service, you agree to adhere to all terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (StoreKit Terms)
RankUpTogether offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium functionality:
- Subscription Titles:
- RankUp Together Monthly Premium (Aylık Premium)
- RankUp Together Yearly Premium (Yıllık Premium)
- Subscription Length: 1 month or 1 year, depending on the selected package.
- Pricing: Pricing is displayed clearly within the in-app Store and may vary by region or currency according to Apple's App Store pricing matrix.
- Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time by visiting your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
- Restoring Purchases: A dedicated "Restore Purchases" button is accessible in the app's Store and Settings to reactivate previous purchases on any supported iOS device.
3. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, defamation, or profanity.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent content.
- Spam, unauthorized advertisements, or commercial solicitation.
- Impersonation, scamming, or creating fraudulent profiles.
Users can report and block any abusive user immediately via the in-app reporting button. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

RankUpTogether ("Hizmet") mobil uygulamasını ve web sitesini kullanarak, bu kullanım koşullarının tamamını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelikler
- Abonelik Başlıkları: RankUp Together Aylık Premium ve RankUp Together Yıllık Premium.
- Abonelik Süresi: Seçilen plana göre 1 Ay veya 1 Yıl.
- Ödeme: Satın alma onaylandığında ödeme Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik Yenileme: Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Yönetim ve İptal: Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman App Store Hesap Ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Satın Alımları Geri Yükleme: Mağaza veya Ayarlar ekranındaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" butonunu kullanarak önceki satın alımlarınızı dilediğiniz zaman geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
3. Topluluk Kuralları
Uygunsuz içerik ve taciz kesinlikle yasaktır. Hakaret, küfür, nefret söylemi, spam veya sahte hesap tespit edilen kullanıcılar kalıcı olarak engellenir.
